Practical Information
When?
Run 1; 17-20.09.24 (weekday run)
Run 2; 20-23.09.24 (weekend run)
You’ll arrive at 13 on the first day. Workshop will be from 13-19, and play will start at 19. We will go off-game at 24.
The second day starts with morning-ritual after breakfast at 09:30, and we will play until 24.
The Third day play will start at 09:30 after breakfast. We will play until 17, and afterwards there will be a briefing and a small after party.
The fourth day you will have to leave the location at 9.

The location is wheelchair accessible.
There is a pool, so if you want to use it either in or off-game, then remember to bring a blue bathing suit of any kind.
How much?
Price will be 300 EUR for run 1 (weekday run) and 400 EUR for run 2 (weekend run). During sign up, you will be asked your preferences regarding which run (or both) you are interested in participating in.
The ticket fee is non-refundable. Tickets can only be sold to another participant with approval from the organizers, so we can make sure that possible replacement participants have been through our casting and flagging process.
If you have to cancel your participation after the 1st of June 2024 you will not be allowed to resell your ticket. Instead we will offer your spot to people on our waiting list for a reduced price to ensure that the larp will have our desired number of participants.
You will be able to pay in two installments. The first installment (150 EUR) will be due a few weeks after you have received a spot and the second installment (150/250 EUR) has to be paid no later than April 1st 2024.
Transportation.
You can easily drive to Sct. Knudsborg, and there is ample free parking.

Please be aware that the only bus to the location is “flextrafik”. This means that you have to book a small bus minimum of two hours in advance. The bus will then pick you up at Ejby station and drive you to the location. If you choose this option, please coordinate with other players that might need to go at the same time as you.

We will try to coordinate pickup from Middelfart train station when we approach the larp.
Sleeping
You will be sharing a room with separate beds. If you have special needs regarding your sleeping arrangements, please contact the organizers in advance.
Mattress, duvet and pillow is provided, but you must bring your own bedding (sheet, pillow and duvet cover). You also have to bring your own towel.
We will be sleeping and waking up off-game, and most rooms will be off-game during playtime.
Food
Food at The Circle will cater to vegan and vegetarian diets. We may be able to accommodate allergies, but please contact the organizers and ask beforehand. You will always have the option to bring in your own food if you wish, but we will not be able to give you a reduced ticket-price.
During the day, you can always contact the organizers in the kitchen if you need anything, and there will always be snacks in the off-game room.
We will serve you breakfast (off-game), lunch (in-game) and dinner (in-game).
